Built Bereg as a TypeScript/Turborepo monorepo with TanStack Start and React, a Hono API organized into domain packages, Drizzle with Neon PostgreSQL, Better Auth, AI SDK and AI Gateway, and Vercel Workflows; deployed separate web and API runtimes on Vercel.

Designed chat-based HTML artifacts so people receive interactive tables and charts based on their own data instead of a text-only answer.

Resolv · DeFi’24–’26

Delta-neutral stablecoin and yield platform for low-risk crypto returns

Lead Product Designer

During my time at Resolv, TVL grew from $10M to a peak of $530M.

Ran user interviews and A/B tests, analyzed funnel behavior in PostHog, and improved the first-deposit flow. Conversion increased from 16.5% to 18.6% (+12.7%), representing an estimated increase of up to $10M in deposits.

Designed the Resolv web application, including the dashboard, asset swap, first-deposit flow, points and rewards, portfolio tracking, and airdrop pages.

Designed, built, and published the Resolv landing page in Framer.

Defined product flows with Product, structured landing content with founders and Marketing, and reviewed implemented interfaces with Engineering.

Adapted the brand for product interfaces, art-directed the updated identity, and created communication design across product and marketing materials.

Designed branded merchandise for Resolv.

AI workspace combining documents, visual thinking, and multi-agent workflows

Founding Product Designer

Led product design through the Product Hunt launch, reaching #1 Product of the Day and the first 1,000 beta users.

Rebuilt the product architecture from a block-based model to an outliner-first data structure, making tables, kanban boards, and mind maps native views of the same information.

Designed Sessions, a navigation layer for assembling task context above the file hierarchy and moving between work modes without losing context.

Defined an AI-native workflow in which agents can work across open split-screen contexts; paired interaction design with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation loops to keep output useful and consistent.

Introduced HTML artifacts on the canvas, allowing people to generate interactive mini-apps directly inside their workspace rather than receive static text.

Moved the source of truth from Figma to the component catalog in the repository: Figma became a fast exploration tool, while I shipped design changes through code and design PRs.

Social platform for comparing versions of events and tracing credibility through weighted arguments

Founding Product Designer

Turned an abstract mathematical verification system into a product concept that a non-technical audience could understand, working directly with founders to learn the model and define the product from first principles.

Positioned the product as a hybrid of Twitter, Medium, and Wikipedia: an event feed where several versions of an event are ranked by credibility rather than presented as a single editorial account.

Designed argument-tree interactions that let people inspect any claim, see evidence for and against it, and understand how credibility is formed.

Created an authoring flow that guides contributors toward structured arguments the weighting model can process, balancing algorithmic requirements with a usable writing experience.

Custodial crypto wallet and merchant platform for buying, selling, and accepting crypto

Lead Product Designer

Led the B2C mobile-app refresh, modernizing core flows and increasing deposit conversion by 10%.

Led a team of four designers and rebuilt the design-to-product process to improve delivery speed and decision-making across design, product, and engineering.

Created one design platform for B2C wallet and B2B merchant products, helping a constrained engineering team reuse patterns rather than solve the same interface problems twice.

Modernized a B2B product that had not received a major update for roughly seven years, bringing workflows and visual language to current market expectations.

Paid down accumulated UX debt and refreshed the brand while continuing to ship new product work.

Consumer superapp combining banking, telecom, and e-commerce

Head of Design

During this period, Humans grew from launch to 1M MAU and reached a 4.8 app rating.

Built and led the design function from one to eight in-house designers plus two external studios, personally hiring every in-house designer and keeping a hands-on design role.

Designed the mobile fintech app from scratch, introducing developed-market interaction patterns while adapting them to local user expectations.

Coordinated design across six to seven products in parallel: the consumer fintech app, five backend administration systems, and a US-market job portal.

Designed a shared back-office constructor for five admin systems on one architecture, aligning business owners, product teams, engineers, and external studios.

Developed internal SDK tools and reusable patterns to keep the design language consistent across the product portfolio.
